Hydraulic high-pressure hose assembly

Oil Hoses

Hydraulic High-Pressure Oil Hose Assembly

We specialize in the fabrication of high-pressure hydraulic oil hoses for heavy machinery and industrial applications. Certified hoses (1SN, 2SN, 4SP, 4SH, R12) and fittings according to international standards (DIN, JIC, ORFS, SAE, BSP, NPT) are used to ensure maximum compatibility and durability.

The process includes precision cutting, crimping with calibrated dies, pressure and leakage testing, and internal cleaning to guarantee reliability and long service life. Our hoses operate up to 700 bar and withstand temperatures from -40°C to +120°C, providing robust solutions for cranes, bulldozers, excavators, loaders, rollers, and industrial hydraulic systems.

Hydraulic Cylinders

Hydraulic Cylinder Manufacturing & Repair

We specialize in the design, manufacturing, and complete refurbishment of hydraulic cylinders for heavy machinery and industrial applications. We build and service single-acting, double-acting, and telescopic cylinders using honed tubes, hard chrome–plated rods, precision-guided pistons, and high-performance seal kits to meet international standards.

The process includes precision CNC machining and honing, certified welding, assembly with calibrated torques, hydrostatic pressure and leakage testing, and thorough internal cleaning. Our cylinders operate up to 420 bar and withstand temperatures from -30°C to +110°C.

Hydraulic system engineering and commissioning

Hydraulic systems engineering

Design, simulation & implementation

We study and implement hydraulic systems for industrial and mobile machinery based on your diagrams, P&IDs and technical specifications. Behaviour is checked with hydraulic simulation software—before build—to validate pressures, flows and dynamic response, then we assemble, test and commission on site.

  • Reading schematic diagrams and hydraulic layouts into BOMs, routing and assembly logic
  • Simulation-led sizing and tuning of pumps, valves, lines and actuators
  • Integration of hydraulic power units, manifolds, filtration and safety logic
  • Factory or field testing, commissioning and handover documentation

Our workflow bridges engineering drawings and real-world operation: documented assumptions, traceable changes after simulation, and clear acceptance criteria so upgrades and troubleshooting stay predictable.
